I bring a distinctive background to my role as Director of Operations at HJS Housing Ltd, having transitioned from a career in policing to dedicating myself to housing vulnerable people with dignity and care. 

My experience and passion for supporting those who need it most has been instrumental in building a successful social housing business that places equal importance on the welfare of both landlords and tenants.
